Q: How do you determine the costs?
A: Projects are dependant on the type of project.  A pure addition may run from $100 a square foot to over $400 a square foot.  Kitchen project vary depending on the amount of cabinets desired and existing configuration.

Q: What is my role during the process?
A: Generally you are involved at the very beginning to determine the contracted requirements for the project.  After that, you do not need to be present as Wallach Builders will coordinate all permitting, construction, and inspections.

Q: How long does a project take?
A: Obviously the timeframe is very dependant on the type of project, but a typical project might require two to four weeks of planning by Wallach Builders.  The permitting process can take from five to ten weeks, depending on your municipality.  Your homeowners association may also need to approve the project.  Once the permit has been issued, construction might be from ten to twenty weeks. 

Q: Is Wallach Builders licensed?
A: Marty's license in Florida is CRC 1326806.  He has a complaint free record and his license is in good standing.  Subcontractors are also required to have the appropriate licensing.

Q: Is Wallach Builders insured?
A: Wallach Builders has a $1 million General Liability Insurance Policy and provides  the appropriate workers compensation insurance for all its employees.  All subcontractors are required to have the appropriate liability and worker's comp insurance.
